Odyssey House envisions a future of inclusivity, belonging, recognition, and fostering a workplace where every individual’s unique contributions are valued and celebrated, creating a safe and supportive environment for all.
The Belonging & Engagement Taskforce meets monthly to discuss goals and initiate projects for a more equitable Odyssey House, with members contributing 2-3 hours per month toward their roles.
The Taskforce comprises various staff members who work together to address the needs of employees and clients in inclusivity. It's a process that sees involvement in discussions, planning, and taking action.
We have an open invitation to all staff at Odyssey House to join us and bring your unique talents and viewpoints to help improve the Odyssey experience for all!

Odyssey House Pride Parade Walk 2025
You're invited to walk with Odyssey House this upcoming Sunday, June 8th, in the Utah Pride Parade!
This is an event that's open to ALL clients and staff.
Date: Sunday, June 8th
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Location: Staging area is at 200 West 200 South
Parking: Taking UTA is encouraged, or parking at Sheraton Hotel and walking to the staging area.
