A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026 from 9am to 10am at 42 S 500E SLC, UT 84102. Attendance is required for all prospective bidders.
Deadline for questions: October 5, 2026 @ 5pm
Answers to questions: October 9, 2026 @ 5pm
Proposals Due:
All bids must be submitted by 5pm on October 16th. Late submissions will not be considered.

NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS
This project will be a FEDERALLY FINANCED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. Allrules and regulations governing such projects will be applicable. The contract is to be awarded tothe lowest responsible and responsive bidder, whose bid meets the requirements and criteria setforth in the request for bids. Requirements for prevailing wage rates and certified payrolls apply asit is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. Also, work to be completed under this project is subject to therequirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, the purpose ofwhich is to ensure employment and other economic opportunities generated by HUD-assistedprojects shall, to the greatest extent feasible, be directed to low- and very low-income persons,particularly persons who are recipients of HUD assistance for housing. All contractorsparticipating in this project must have a Universal Employer Identifier (UEI) Number from Sam.govand be registered on the federal System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
